As someone who's had multiple low back injuries, knee surgeries, shoulder injuries, and stalled in my fitness more often than I'd like, I've learned the importance of a strong, stable mid-line and need for awareness to good technique the hard way. And want to share what I've learned with you.
If you are going to put your time into going to the gym, working out, lifting weights, running, etc, these are the things you need to get right.
What you'll get.
The Mid-line Strength & Stability Clinic runs an hour long. In it, you'll get as much information, hands on practical exercises, and coaching I can cram into the session. Anything we are not able to cover we'll be included in the free PDF sent to everyone who signs up.

The session will be held on Saturday, January 18th at 11:30am at CrossFit DoneRight.

Who is this session and PDF for?
Any athlete or fitness enthusiast. I'll use examples of movements commonly found in CrossFit (squat, deadlift, pull-up, push-up, etc) but the principles can be applied to any movements seen in the gym or in athletics.
